Thank you. I posted my reply before reading yours.  I was glad to see I 
wasn't the only one offended.  I, too have found my strength renewed as 
neilah approaches.  I've also found that the adrenaleine pumped during 
services is enough to sustain me.  I've always found myself to not even be 
hungry after the final blast because of the amount of adrenaleine produced 
during the long day of davening!
