[HANASHIR:2670] barekhu repetition

just a point of clarification: the "barekhu," whether at the begining of
the "shma" section or before the torah blessing, is _not_ a blessing. its
sole function is to get people's attention--calling them to either worship
or to listen to the torah blessing. hence, a repetition of such words are
redundant. if people hear the call, "barekhu et..." and then respond
"barukh adonai..." it has filled its function.
