In response to the question of what the national songleader would do:
well, they would songlead at the NFTY events whenever they do occur (though
there are only a couple), they could help at regions where they don't have
youth songleaders, help develop a network of songleaders, run a workshop at
the NFTY convention of that year (or nfty boards) similar to that at Kutz as
guidelines or helpful hints for songleaders.
Once again, it's just an idea, and I was curious as to your imput
