Song lyrics

I have been searching for the lyrics to a song that was recorded by Joan Baez
about 30 years ago.  I think the title is "Where but for fortune."  Its not a
Jewish song as far as I know, but I would like to use it with Jewish youth to
bring out social justice themes.  Thanks.
