Re: Introductions

Hello All,

I haven't written in a while, but I am pretty sure I never formally
introduced myself...

My name is Josh Miller, I live in Berkeley, California (as of this month)
and work on programming staff at the UC Berkeley Hillel. One of the
groups I work with are Reform Jewish students, which means I get to
songlead pretty regularly at Shabbat Services and am helping plan our
High Holidays (I'll be doing guitar-led songleading for them as well!)

I've been doing Sunday School / Youth Group / NFTY songleading work on
the side for the last few years, and during the summers I have been Head
Songleader at UAHC Camp Swig in northern California, where we ran a
pretty extensive camper-songleading training program this summer (a bold
attempt to continue to keep the songleading tradition alive!)

Ever since I got a Hebrew Font with vowels on my lap-top I've been
typing in and storing Jewish Music on my computer to use for compiling
songsheets and song supplements for camp etc. I know I'm not the only
one, perhaps there others out there on this list could make themselves
known as well so we can share those resources. Half of my stuff is in
Dagesh (the Israeli Hebrew Word Processor) and the rest is in Microsoft
Word for Windows. Among other things I have all of the Friday Night
liturgy all typed in. If you are interested in something specific, let me
know...

B'shalom,

Josh Miller
