Our middle schoolers loved singing "A Way to Say Ah" by Beth Schafer--and 
they "rapped" the actual shehecheyanu b'Ivreet during the drum intro before 
getting into the first "ah...." Any time you tell them it's rap, they tend to 
be 
riveted. And a good collection of cool percussion toys is always a must (the 
best-behaved gets to finish the song with the vibra-slap--I always hold out to 
see who "deserves" it.)
