I just had to insert this point - 'newcomer' Jack Gabriel, as I knew him 20 
years ago in Canada, as pre-rabbinical Jack Shechtman, was also an 
award-winning producer, musician and pop artist - he won a Juno -(Canadian top 
music 
award)-for producing the delightful Bob Schneider albums as well as having had 
his 
own career in NY.
 We had brainstormed oh so long ago in Toronto, when I was doing The Seventh 
Day album- and had talked about his producing my next recording. He offered 
wonderful critique at that time, and I certainly felt he was a great person to 
learn from.
Today as an amazing 'rockin' renewal rebbe' in Colorado, his sense of groove 
transforms his services into musical spiritual happenings!!!! With wit and 
wisdom, R. Jack Gabriel is a shining light on all levels.
