I hope I'm not repeating something Burton just wrote (can't find that msg
right now) . . . but at a shul a while back, our cantor gave a class on
HHD music -- the musical motifs, the scales, etc.  I presume that those
who took the class appreciated some of the chazzanut a bit more.
