[HANASHIR:13141] a poem lovely as a tree

Clear DayI've heard that the poem "I think that I shall never see a poem lovely 
as a tree..." has been set to music and it has been recommended to me for Tu 
B'Shevat.  I don't know who the composer is.  Can anyone direct me to the 
music?
