[HANASHIR:13140] Re: hebrew words for "taking good care"

Although there may be modern Hebrew phrases which are more or less literal, 
I would think "shmirat" would be a good choice.  Only thing is, it requires 
an object, e.g., "shmirat [ha]lashon", "guarding the tongue".  It's a very 
popular word in Torah and liturgy:  "V'shamru", "Shomer Israel", "shomer 
Shabbos", etc..
