Beth - I have to think that some of the schools have this information. HUC, 
JTS, Hebrew College, etc.  The Melton program also. Have you thought about 
working with some of their "career development" folks to find out what 
information they have available. I'm afraid that the anecdotal information you 
might get could be skewed in one direction or another that might not provide 
you with the information you seek.

Also the folks who do publishing - like Torah Aura and Behrman House etc. might 
have some idea of what you're seeking. Also, the CAJE folks would have a lot of 
information from the "field".

Just some ideas to help you find out what will be of real help to you.
