[HANASHIR:12546] Re: prof/volunteer choirs



There really aren't too many pitfalls.  When hiring professionals, be sure to 
have your schedule set in stone.  And, either end on time or pay the 
musicians for the extra time.  You should generally make it clear how much is 
for each rehearsal and how much for each performance, how long the 
performance call will be (call time through the end of the performance) and 
pay them at the performance if possible.  They'll love you for it!
