HI Adrian,
    This is very informative, but, I have a simpler solution, which I have
seen on other chat rooms in which I participate.  Just have a little blurb
at the bottom of each posting letting people know how to unsubscribe.  It
takes up virtually no room and is there each time a posting is received.
