Mazel Tov on your engagement, that is so wonderful.
Noam, when you installed me as songleader in Nelfty (back when we were 
teenagers), you gave me words of sweetness and inspiration. You told me (and 
the other leaders) to fly high, sing strong, and be honest and true, perhaps 
now i can offer the same advice to you.
