Hey All,

I had in my archives this dreidel list that Joanna Selznick Dulkin compiled 
a few years back. I have added to it since then (mostly new verses that 
came off this list)... If memory serves me correct a few of these are more 
"adult", so folks should definitely read through it all and maybe censor 
some out before turning it into a family songsheet... :)

I HAVE A LITTLE DREIDEL

I have a little dreidel I made it out of clay,
And when it's dry and ready then dreidel I will play.
O dreidel dreidel dreidel I made it out of clay,
O dreidel dreidel dreidel now dreidel I shall play.

It has a lovely body with leg so short and thin,
And when it is all tired it drops and then I win.  O dreidel...

My dreidel's always playful it loves to dance and spin,
A happy game of dreidel come play now let's begin. O dreidel...

I have a little dreidel, I made it out of clay,
And when it's dry and ready, then dreidel I shall play!

I have a little dreidel, I made it out of bread,
It looked so very yummy, I ate it up instead!

I have a little dreidel, I made it out of glass,
My mom says I can spin it, but only on the grass!

I have a little dreidel, it's made out of a shoe,
It smells a little funny, but then what can you do?
Oh dreidel...

I have a little dreidel, I made it out of fur,
It was warm and cuddly, and the spinning made it purr!

I have a little dreidel, I made it out of snow
I baked it in the oven... Where'd my dreidel go?

I have a little dreidel, I carved it from a log
And when I threw it on the floor it nearly killed the dog
