The tune is the same as for "...hamotzi lechem min ha-aretz"; just change
the last 3 or 4 words.
As to your second inquiry about the circle dance, there is more than one
possibility, but it sounds like you're describing the dance to the Israeli
song, "Yesh lanu tayish".
