[HANASHIR:9561] Ashamnu text

If anyone can help me with a word-for-word translation of the Ashamnu text 
which appears both in Gates of Forgiveness and Gates of Repentance I would 
appreciate it.  There seems to be more Hebrew text than English translation and 
so I'm not completely confident I have matched the words up correctly.  Please
