Dear Elona and other potential cantors.....
As the Associate Dean of Hebrew Union College here in NY, I am happy to talk 
with you and any others at HN this year about the possibility of cantorial 
school and the way to prepare while you are in college.  In advance I'll let 
you know that music courses (in theory, harmonization and sight-singing) are a 
must, as is Hebrew.  
Those of y'all who are interested in talking more about the cantorate - we'll 
grab some time at OSRUI?  I'm glad to chat.
