[HANASHIR:5464] Pharoah and the frogs

Does anyone know the origin of the Passover kids' song--

"One morning when Pharoah woke in his bed, there were frogs in his bed and
frogs on his head..."

I'm looking for the composer/lyricist and the year that the song was
composed so that I can give proper credit.
