One version, "God Punished Pharaoh" is from an out-of-print book, So We Sing, 
lyrics by Sara C. Levy, music by Beatrice L. Deutsch, Bloch Publishing Co., 
1950.

God punished Pharoah
And once in his bed
Pharaoh awakened with frogs on his head
Frogs on his pillow,
Frogs on his toes,
Frogs on his shoulders,
Frogs on his nose!

Another version is in My Very Own Haggadah, Kar-Ben Copies, Rockville, MD, 
1974, where the songs are by Shirley Cohen, from the record, "Passover Music 
Box", Kinor Records.

Song on p. 30 is called "One Morning"

One morning when Pharaoh woke in his bed
There were frogs in his bed
And frogs on his head
Frogs on his nose
and Frogs on his toes
Frogs here, frogs there
Frogs were jumping everywhere.
