Shlomo Carlebach's Bashem Hashem (the Angel Song) is a great bedtime
lullaby.  Works for all ages.  Shlomo wrote it as a bedtime song for his own
daughter Neshama when she was a little girl.
Sorry I can't reference a specific Shlomo recording.  It's on one of Dovid
Zeller's recordings too.
