Hanashir must be a place where all feel free to express their opinions
without fear of being ridiculed, belittled, etc. If you wish to dispute a
point, dispute the point and not the person who made it. Let us keep the
discourse respectful. At the same time, let us not become a community that
fears individual expression because it sometimes lead to debate. Debate, as
our Jewish tradition teaches us, is healthy.

In addition, I have noticed the volume of posts that really should be sent
privately and not to the list is increasing. Let's all try and think before
we hit that send button.
