Concert announcement-Peter Siegel political songwriter and activist...

The Workmen's Circle presents:

Pete Siegel and Friends in Concert

Saturday, February 7 at 8pm

1762 Beacon Street in Brookline

-Peter Siegel evokes the politics and humor of Phil Ochs and Tom Lehrer
and his latest CD, Move The Mob, is witty, timely and eloquent. Pete is often
found inspiring the audiences of the traditional music scene in the Pioneer
Valley of Massachusetts. He is well known there for his rare gift of raising
awareness about controversial environmental and social issues through humor and
irony.

-'Peter Siegel and Friends' combines swing, finger style blues, hip hop,
traditional fiddle tunes and folk. Whether you're an activist or a folk
festival regular, this is a concert that promises to energize and entertain.
