I will be co-presenting a lecture with music, entitled Moses 
Ri-tooral-ai-ay, at the 92nd Street Y on Friday, October 17 at 1 pm.  The 
lecture chronicle the musical odyssey of the Jewish experience in Ireland 
and will be co-presented with Dr. Mick Moloney, who combines the careers of 
folklorist, arts presenter and advocate, professional musician and radio and 
television personality. He is the author of "Far From the Shamrock Shore: 
The story of Irish American History Through Song", and holds a Ph.D. in 
folklore and folklife from the University of Pennsylvania.  In 1999 he was 
awarded the National Heritage Award from the National Endowment for the Arts 
- the highest official honor a traditional artist can receive in the United 
States.
