Our power was off until last night (Friday evening), so 26 straight hours off 
power -good thing that veggetarian food takes longer to go bad (at least it 
seems that way!)! other than the heat to sleep in, 29 degres Celsius in house, 
it was a wonderful experience to see how civilised we actually are (most of 
us), and to watch the endless starry sky. feel very bad for all those stuck in 
subways and elevators though. anyways...hopefully, time to return to music 
again.

    Hey guys, now that the folks on the eastern seaboard are incommunicado, we 
can gossip about them - except the only nasty thing I can think of is that it's 
so unfair that they have all these wonderful concerts that I can't get to.

    I wonder how they're doing?
