Afro-Semitic Experience Free Concert

This announcement is for those of you anywhere in the New Haven area this 
Wednesday, June 18.  On that day, the Afro-Semitic Experience will be giving a 
free concert on the New Haven Green from about 12-1 pm on the Fleet Stage (the 
Chapel Street side of the green) as part of the International Festival of Arts 
and Ideas.

We will be featuring music from our forthcoming CD, The Days of Awe (a 
collection of interpretations of cantorial music for Selichot, Rosh Hashanah, 
and Yom Kippur that will be out in early August), as well as the music of our 
special guest (and Afro-Semitic regular) the legendary wave artist, 
Mixashawn.com.
