If my memory serves me correctly (and I can't check this because my record
collection is in storage) "Los Bilbilicos" was on an LP either on Prestige
or Elektra  by an Israeli singer.  These records were issued in the '60s.
Perhaps that was one source for Farina's learning the melody.
