Israeli classics in English

Does anyone have specific, or know of a source for classic Israeli songs 
translated into English? (I mean "singable" translations) I have a good one for 
Yerushalayim Shel Zahav. Songs like Lu Y'hi,  Bashana Haba'ah, Lach 
Yerushalayim, Toda, Shir Lashalom, etc.

I hope it's OK to post these on the lists (with proper credits, of course). I 
find that more and more people need to hear the familiar songs in English too. 
Yom Ha'atzma'ut is near...
