Andy Statman Trio: West Side/West Coast

Some upcoming performances by the Andy Statman Trio (Andy on clarinet
and mandolin, Jim Whitney on bass and Larry Eagle on percussion):

The trio pays tribute to Andy's teacher and mentor in the Second Annual
Dave Tarras Memorial Concert, to be held on Saturday night, March 15th,
at the Boyaner Shul, 441 West End Avenue (corner of West 81st St)
in New York City. In addition to a mix of Chassidic, klezmer and
bluegrass melodies, the trio will perform rarely heard Tarras
compositions, including some written expressly for Andy.
The music begins at 9:15 PM, and doors open at 8:45 PM.
$20 admission, $15 seniors.
All proceeds will benefit The Breslov Center for Spiritual Growth.
