Vengierka

A couple of years ago, we had a discussion about Vengierka and defined it as
a version of the czardas.  Recently, I came upon a description of the dance

It's very different than other simple czardas's that I know (but I'm not a
czardas expert).  Just wondering, when Vengierka is mentioned in connection
with klezmer, are we talking about a specific dance or is it more a genre of
dances of different steps/choreographies?  Is it one melody or is it any
Hungarian style melody?
