I'm hypothesizing, but I suspect that Tom Lehrer wrote the song himself, as
I believe he did with most if not all of his material. It's vaguely
derivative of  "If you knew Susie", especially in the part that goes "Those
Eastern winters, I can't endure'em".

If you do a Google search on "chanukah santa monica tom lehrer" you'll come
up with a lot of interesting articles about him.
