The song with the refrain "Di reder dreyen zikh,/di yorn geyn zikh..."
is Mark Warshawsky's "Dem milners trern," which begins "Oy, vifl
yorn/zaynen farlorn,/zayt ikh bin milner ot o do?" It's in many
collections, including the Mloteks' _Mir trogn a gezang_. It's not so
much about aging as it is, as the Mloteks write, "about the expulsion of
the Jews from their villages in Czarist Russia."
