zither assistance

A non-list member sent me a request for Hungarian zither assistance.  If you

"Do you know of any instrument makers who would be interested in restoring or 
maybe copying from scratch a Hungarian zither?  Enough of its string pegs are 
off that some figuring or maybe even researching would need to be done to even 
figure out what the set up was in the first place, so it would require some 
background or initiative on the part of the craftsperson. "
