The Yiddish is fine. Oddly enough, the first line of the song (as well as
alternate title) contains the word 'regn', but the translation of the
queried line is:
"We walk (march?) in black rows (='reyen')"
Here is some info from the Freedman database that may help track down the
music:
Title: Geyen Zey In Shvartse Reyen --
On album: G-006(b) (Songs Of The Ghetto Years of Despair Sung...by Sarah Gorby)
First line: Ay lu lu, nakht un regn, ay lu lu, nakht un vint,
Track comment: English title "Mournful Lullabye"

Title: Geyen Zey In Shvartse Reyen --
On album: P-026(b) (Slawa Przybylska Minuty Nadziei Minutn Fun Bitochn)
Author: Leyb, Mani --
Composer: Gelbart, Mikhl --
Artist: Przybylska, Slawa
First line: Ay lu lu, nakht un regn, ay lu lu, nakht un vint,
Track comment: Recorded under "Nakht Un Regn" Published under "A Viglid"
