Question about Sheet music for Guitar

Can someone help
A client of mine is looking for sheet music for Guitar solo and Guitar and 
Flute - mainly classical music works by Jewish composers. Where does one find a 
publisher that deals with Guitar music - the IMI (Israel Music Institute) has 
nothing for this instrument!
