With apologies for being off-topic ...

A non-Jewish friend of mine was once visiting a shul with her Jewish
boyfriend, who was being interviewed by the shul for the position of cantor.
With the temple board, she did very well at passing for Jewish, but the
shul's janitor said to her, "You're not one of them, are you?" - and asked
her if she wanted any of the slightly used Shabbas candles he collected
after blowing them out after Friday night services.
