Dear Fred:  It contains as I said a facsimile, so has the books exactly as
published, music and all, and in the early and later versions.  I have to
tell you that the 1988 book was remaindered here in London a couple of
years ago, with copies going very cheaply.  Whether there are any left I
doubt but I will keep a look-out when next in the remainder shops.
