General Midi implementation

The PSR 500 has only 100 sounds whilst GM provides 128. 

Numbering is also

different: the PSR uses numbers from 0 to 99 and GM from 1 

to 128. The PSR

has only one set of drums while GM has more.



I have not attempted to find an equivalent on the PSR for the 

'exotic'

instruments since most of the time I don't even know how these 

instruments 

are supposed to sound.
