If you're looking for Channukah songs in French, the best place to go to is the 
Parisian Jewish Community "Consistoire de Paris".  You can find their address 
and telephone number in the "Jewish Travel Guide."  As well, the Brussels 
Jewish Community might have something as well.  If you contact the community in 
Paris, ask to be connected with their Musical Director who works there full 
time.   Unfortunately, I only knew his predicesor, therefore I can't give you 
the name.
