Sephardi music and Jewish liturgical music at Bevis Marks Synagogue,

There are two different wonderful concerts at Bevis Marks this coming Sunday
and Monday, by 3 incredible singers (cantors) from America (Alberto Mizrahi,
Aaron Bensoussan and Gerard Edery) with oud, guitar and lots of interesting
percussion.
Sunday 2 Dec
3.00pm Sons of Sepharad - Sephardi songs from around the Mediterranean basin
with oud and percussion
7.30 Hear our voice, the Song in Prayer cantorial music Sephardi and
Ashkenazi with the three American cantors plus Neiman Singers and Cantor
Moshe Haschel.

Monday 3 December 7.30 pm of Sons of Sepharad. (repeat)

** Thursday, December 6th, Medford Public Library, 7:00 p.m.,co-sponsored
by the Workmen's Circle.

** Sunday, December 9th, 2:30-3:30, Heritage Plantation of Sandwich (Cape
Cod - directions below) co-sponsored by the  Falmouth Jewish Congregation.
In addition to the lively music, enjoy a carousel from the early 1900s and
37 antique cars! Chanukah menorahs, candles, and dreydls will be on sale.

Each of these concerts will introduce the various types of klezmer pieces,
and the various instruments. Lots of music will be played and audience
participation will be encouraged. Even if you don't have kids, please join
us for some good music!

Lemisch on trombone, and Dena Ressler on clarinet.
