Dear Shamash - members

Who can help?
I want to know a little bit more of the Russian Waltz "Ozidanie"
which appears in the Kammen Folio No.1.
The Kammen numbering is missing (should be No. 39)
but has the number 502 at the first line, in the piano arrangement.
It appears also in the book "Klezmerantics" as part of a medley.
There is also a song named "Ershter Vals" sung by Chaim Tauber
in 19??, covered by the Klezmatics on Shvayn = Toyt, first track
My questions are:
1. Is the translation correct: Expectation ?
2. Was this an original song or an instrumental ?
3. how old is this melody ? or when was the first recording?

Thanks for answering
