RE:KlezFest London 1-4 July

Dear Listers
KlezFest London is almost here! Registrants are coming from Australia,
South Africa, Canada, the USA and Europe as well as all parts of the UK.
Most are musicians. We have three bands coming from Eastern Europe. For
the first time such a wonderful array of lecturers and musicians will be
here in London to teach and inspire. For those within reach you can come to
the 4 evening concerts, which are: on opening night Sunday 1 July
performances by the Faculty, Monday 2 July Zalmen Mlotek and Adrienne Cooper
will perform their acclaimed ?Ghetto Tango?. Tuesday night is devoted to
the Yiddish Theatre and Wednesday is the opportunity for the ensembles who
have been learning together all week to perform.
For those still wanting to apply there are still some places both for the
whole programme and for the evening concerts. You can register online at
Website www.jmi.org.uk/klezfest <http://www.jmi.org.uk/klezfest> or contact
