Al Naharot Bavel/On the banks of Babylon

Hi everyone, I'm looking for this piece of music that I grew up singing during 
the 9 days before Tisha B'av. "Al Naharot Bavel" (on the banks of babylon) sung 
 before the Birkat Hamazon.. I heard though that it was composed in Russia in 
the early part of the 20th Century. Anybody know where I may be able to get 
either a score or a recorded copy of this piece?
