I hope my good colleague will not mind my tweaking him for the delicious 
under-statement of the month, or year, to the effect that finding places to 
eat kosher on 13th Avenue would be "not a problem"!

Finding *non-* kosher places might be a problem!

Or, as my wife and I often say, given the preponderance of signs advertising 
"Strictly Kosher," see if you can find a "Lax Kosher" place.
