Thanks for the insights on how Yanni broke into the frum community.
Having never actually owned on of his records, I don't know if
his albums are free of the vaugely-xian or the neo-paganism that
so often shows up in "new age" music, which might well be objectionable.

I would say however that the theater groups in the girls' high schools
might want to check out Susanne Ciani, whose tunes are also simple,
melodious, and rhythmic, the covers free of new-age pap; it too might
work well.

But I guess I'm pretty far off topic by now.
