Re: hava netze b'makhol

The books I have only translate the title. One says:
Come let us go out and Dance (Pasternak Israel in Song)
The other:
Come and let us join the dance (World Charts Presents The Jewish Songbook).
I don't have translations for the other lyrics.
Helen

Hi, I'm evaluating an article for a folklore publication; the author
translates (and also uses as a title) the song "Hava netze b'makhol" as
"let's go out in a celebration of folklore". Am I missing something
here? Is "let's go out and dance" my ignorant misinterpretation of the
meaning after all these years? Does that mean the second line "hava
netze bimkholot" is "let's go out in a celebration of folkloreS"??
Thanks, Judith
