Yidl Mitn Fidl

I just finished re-watching the dance scenes from Yidl.  I've always 
wondered what the set dance they do in longways formation is.  The men dance 
towards the ladies.  The ladies dance away from the men and do a funny sort 
of head turning motion that always makes me think of the broiges tants but I 
know the broiges wasn't danced in a longways set.  Does anybody know what 
they were doing?
