Joshua, Joe, and Hankus -- Thanks for the really interesting and useful
information.  I've happily been mulling the "time" matter over ever since
this thread got started a few days ago.  Joshua, I echo the
comments/compliments on your enthusiasm for and commitment to the historical
component (which is indispensable) of the music.
