incredible afternoon of peace, love, and klezmer? (eastern European

The answer is . . .
KLEZMERPALOOZA:
the second annual intercollegiate klezmer festival!
On Sunday, April 23, from 3-6pm, Brown Univ.'s Alumnae hall will be filled
with
the melodious sounds of:
Brown's Yarmulkazi!, theYale Klezmer Band, the Princeton Klez Dispensers, the
Wesleyan Klezmer Band, the New England Conservatory Klezmer band, the Charvard
Chai Notes, the Mount Holyoke Klezmer Ensemble, and Boston's Klezmaniacs.
There will be traditional Yiddish dancing (led by Judy Bressler, of the
Klezmer
Conservatory Band), CD's and paraphernalia (including T-shirts) for sale, and
information about Yiddish and Jewish culture in New England.
Best of all, it's ABSOLUTELY FREE for students!!!
