I'm so glad you're not all  late, just your book. I ordered it from Barnes
and Nobles a few seconds ago, and they still said it's available. So I'll
be back with comments, if the package makes it over the Atlantic (and I can
afford  to perhaps be one of those randomly  picked  customers who have to
pay 25%VAT , customs etc on what ended up beeing a huge order all
together.. )

Best wishes for less promotion/distribution trouble in the future, and stay
alive!
